Wine
Wine writings from Nikolai Vogel & Kilian Fitzpatrick:
There are many excellent wine-regions. How different they are you only get to know when you are concerned with some of them. Our preference for Burgundy which is documented in the right column beside doesn't mean that we think that only there the best wine is made. But it is a region that is fascinating to us every time again. There are Burgundies you would expect more or are even disappointing . But if one has ever drunk a really good Burgundy and has smelt its fragrance knows that these are wines which define our senses new.
